60-Day Cancellation Policy for Thacker Hollow, RiverSide TreeHouse, Guyan Suites #2 & SkyView
Guests are allowed to cancel their reservation up to 60 days prior to the scheduled check-in-date and any deposit paid will be returned, less a $25 admin fee.  Cancellations made within 60 days of the check-in date will be subject to a cancellation fee and any deposit paid will be forfeited in its entirety.

Cancellation policy for all other rentals is 30 days. That is, if cancellation notice is received within 30 days of scheduled arrival date, all but a $25 admin fee will be refunded.  If cancellation notice is received less than 30 days of scheduled arrival date, deposit is not refunded. No changes or refunds are made within 10 days of scheduled arrival date.
